Payments, delivery and/or shipping: We accept payment either through credit/debit cards or Paypal. Deliveries to Malta will be carried out within 1-5 working days. Free delivery for purchases over €15 to Malta, or €1.50 delivery charge for purchases under €15. Deliveries to Gozo are carried out via post against an additional charge of €2 for purchases over €15, or €2.50 for purchases under €15 . International shipping is now available. Kindly note that international orders over 2 kg in weight cannot be processed, in which case a refund will be issued. Please contact us for more information.

Prices: All prices displayed on the website are indicated in Euro and are inclusive of the applicable Malta VAT rates. Different products may be subject to different VAT rates and a fiscal receipt including VAT breakdown will be sent to you. Delivery charges (where applicable) are not included in the indicated price but will be added to the total amount once you have selected a delivery option.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Although we try to ensure all our pricing displayed on the Site are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price, failing which it will be cancelled.

Returns and refunds: Returns are accepted within 15 days after you receive the order, kindly contact us on fenechimports@gmail.com to begin the process and state the order number, items you wish to return and reason for returning. Returns are only accepted for products which are unopened, unused and sealed in original packaging. Shipping fees to return items are at the customers own expense. After the items reach us, the refund will be issued within 7 working days. Alternatively, you can opt for a discount code in the amount of the items returned.

In the rare case that an item is either damaged or faulty, a return can be made within 15 days and upon presentation of the original receipt. Kindly note that items which have been opened or used in any way cannot be returned.

In the unlikely event that a product purchased and paid for will not be available, a full refund will be given for the product in question within 7 working days.
